The short version
Airport Director does not collect any data about you. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no network connection. Everything the game knows about you stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no server behind this app. We, the developer, receive no information about you, your device or how you play.
In the Google Play Data safety form, Airport Director declares that it collects no data and shares no data.
What the app stores on your device
The game writes the following to the app's own private storage area on your device:
- Your saved airports. Airport names, cash, reputation, buildings, airline contracts, staff, flight history and the current day. Each airport is a separate save file.
- Your settings. Sound and haptics preferences, and whether you have seen the tutorial.
This data never leaves the device through us. It is not transmitted, backed up to our servers, shared or sold, because there are no servers and no third parties.
If Backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include your saved airports and settings in that backup, and may copy them when you move to a new phone. That backup is between you and Google, and is covered by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Permissions the app requests
None that ask you for anything. Airport Director does not use the camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, notifications, Bluetooth, nearby devices or the internet.
The app holds Android's "control vibration" permission so it can play short haptic taps during play. Android grants it without asking, it cannot record anything, and the haptics can be turned off in Office › More.
Tracking and advertising
Airport Director does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the Android advertising ID, contains no advertising SDKs and includes no third-party analytics or crash-reporting libraries. There is no device fingerprinting.
Purchases
There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If you bought the app on Google Play, that transaction is handled entirely by Google. We never see your payment details, and we do not receive your name, email address or billing information from Google in connection with your purchase.
Children
Airport Director is suitable for everyone and safe for children. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. It contains no chat, no user-generated content, no links out to the web and no advertising.
How to delete your data
Deleting a saved airport from the start screen (press and hold it, then Delete) removes that save file from your device. Uninstalling the app removes all of the app's data, including every save and your settings. A copy in your own Google account backup, if you use one, can be removed from your Google account.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and the CPRA give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, export or delete on your behalf. All of the app's data is already in your hands, on your device.
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the Google Play release notes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
